📋 Description

• Manage customer billing, invoicing, and new account setup. • Review contracts to ensure accurate billing. • Research billing discrepancies, resolve customer inquiries, and process credits. • Respond to billing and finance requests through Zendesk or similar platforms. • Prepare monthly billing reports using Excel and AI tools. • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency. • Support special projects and annual audits as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of billing or related experience. • Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP. • Ability to interpret contracts and manage complex billing requirements. • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with a team. • Willingness to learn and use AI tools in daily workflows. • SaaS or subscription-based billing experience. • NetSuite experience highly preferred, or familiarity with similar platforms such as Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Zuora, or Chargebee. • Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk. • Technical support experience may be considered, particularly with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and software navigation skills.
