📋 Description

• Participate in a 10–12 week summer internship starting June 7, 2027 • Complete comprehensive onboarding covering Perigon’s mission, values, business, and client service • Rotate through Financial Planning, Investment Research, Client Services, Operations, Compliance, People & Culture, and Marketing & Business Development • Support corporate development initiatives through market research, competitive analysis, industry research, growth opportunity identification, business development strategy evaluation, and wealth management trend analysis • Complete an eight-week capstone project researching a business opportunity or challenge • Develop recommendations and present findings to firm leadership • Build relationships with mentors and professionals across Perigon

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university • Finance, Business, Economics, or related majors preferred • Must be a junior, senior, or postgraduate • GPA of 3.5 • Genuine interest in wealth management, financial planning, investing, and client experience • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Interest in client engagement and collaboration • Team-oriented approach • Professionalism and adaptability • Ownership and follow-through • Curiosity and coachability • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
