📋 Description

• Research and identify new data sets for targeted outreach campaigns • Evaluate third-party data providers, public data sources, and enrichment tools • Draft messaging for sequences and design and execute A/B tests • Analyze performance data and iterate on messaging • Build and improve reporting dashboards for campaign performance • Analyze tool usage and adoption patterns across workflows • Develop data visualizations • Measure the effectiveness of growth automation tools • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows • Document findings and present recommendations to the Digital Strategy team • Complete a capstone project researching a business opportunity or challenge and present recommendations to firm leadership • Participate in department rotations and mentorship/networking activities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university • Must be a junior, senior, or postgraduate • GPA of 3.0 or higher • Finance, Business, Economics, or related majors preferred • Strong interest in wealth management and financial planning • Eager to learn, collaborate, and take initiative • Interest or knowledge in engineering, data, and AI • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to perform the listed physical functions, with reasonable accommodations available
