📋 Description

• Produce and document residential construction blueprints for new plans, elevations, and options to meet daily deadlines • Analyze and submit new plan, elevation, and option drawings to the Vice President of Production • Produce Bills of Materials for estimating material takeoffs • Liaise with the Estimating Department to align estimating and production best practices • Revise residential construction blueprints to reflect plan revisions and monthly changes • Produce Bills of Materials for existing plans

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Associates degree preferred • At least 2 years of drafting experience • Advanced knowledge of AutoDesk Revit • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and VisionRez are a plus • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
