📋 Description

• Represent a wide variety of clients in tort liability disputes • Manage litigated cases from pre-trial to post-trial • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents • Lead depositions, mediations, and arbitrations • Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials • Provide clients with clear, strategic advice

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Active membership in the California State Bar • 7+ years of relevant legal experience • Experience in all aspects of litigation, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery, and motions • Experience taking percipient, party, and expert depositions • Experience representing clients in mediations and court hearings • Excellent legal research and writing skills • Exceptional analytical skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment • Must work Pacific Standard Time work schedule
