📋 Description

• Serve as platform owner for Salesforce, related CRM solutions, and ancillary applications • Lead the day-to-day health and long-term direction of CRM platforms • Manage Salesforce professionals, set priorities, monitor progress, and establish performance goals • Build and maintain roadmaps for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and SmartSimple • Align emerging technology with business needs and prioritize requests • Create solution designs and shape requirements with stakeholders • Configure and administer Salesforce and CRM solutions • Enforce Salesforce architecture and implementation standards through design reviews and delivery oversight • Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and budget planning • Foster a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible work environment • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including staff, project, and/or consultant management experience • Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Two or more years of direct supervisory experience, including performance management • Demonstrated success in operations or project management roles • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Salesforce certification preferred, such as Administrator, App Builder, or Architect • Experience in nonprofit or advocacy-driven organizations preferred
