📋 Description
• Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals • Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement • Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions • Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives • Support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth through outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• Effective communication and listening skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience • Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred • Ability to perform outbound calling, including cold calls to potential customers • Spanish language ability is addressed in the application (fluent, intermediate, beginner, or none)
