📋 Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory • Engage with customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual engagement strategies to maximize effectiveness and impact • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Utilize digital tools to maintain customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop and implement strategic business opportunities • Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations • Utilize approved disease state information and patient resources • Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative expectations on time and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; OR associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, full-time military experience, or related areas • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Preferred: 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing experience • Preferred: Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, communications skills, teamwork, leadership ability and accountability • Preferred: Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area and products • Preferred: Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets • Preferred: Reside within the territory boundaries
