📋 Description

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and office staff to support appropriate patient access to Pfizer products • Resolve reimbursement and coverage questions • Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscapes, coverage and formulary updates, payer policies, and patient support • Distribute Pfizer-approved materials on coverage and reimbursement matters, including Patient Assistance Programs and billing and coding guides • Educate HCPs and office staff about Hub financial assistance offerings, enrollment processes, portals, and brochures • Coordinate with Pfizer patient access and support programs to understand payer requirements for individual patients • Address prescription-status questions for patients enrolled in Pfizer access and support programs • Use Pfizer’s designated case-notes system compliantly • Serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement and coverage issues affecting Pfizer products in assigned regions • Provide internal Pfizer leadership with interpretive information and local market insights on reimbursement issues • Communicate compliantly with diverse stakeholders to influence ideas, actions, or positions without direct authority • Link customer insights to offerings and resources addressing patient access barriers • Build trust through follow-up and knowledge of the access journey • Spend approximately 50% of time conducting live customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience, typically in pharmaceutical sales and/or coding and reimbursement • Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus • Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs, and policy dynamics across Pfizer Business Units/Brands • B.S. or B.A. degree is required • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strategic planning and successful plan implementation experience • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work across internal boundaries and collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to strict company compliance guidelines and procedures • Proven track record collaborating with diverse customers, clients, and stakeholders • Training in and experience with responsible business communication, written and spoken • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide colleagues • Must reside in territory boundaries • Additional coding and reimbursement certification preferred but not required • Coding and billing knowledge or certification a plus but not required • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
