📋 Description

• Drive the full lifecycle of enablement programs supporting Red Hat’s business strategies and revenue goals • Identify capability gaps and establish comprehensive enablement plans with global and regional stakeholders • Drive co-sell and sell-with enablement initiatives, including playbooks and training • Enable sellers and partners on hyperscaler marketplace programs, private offers, aligned distribution models, and multi-vendor solutions • Create and maintain modular, action-oriented sales enablement content • Set, track, and report on KPIs including confidence uplift, partner-sourced pipeline, and partner-role upskilling • Orchestrate SME input across partner teams and business units • Design modular curriculum frameworks and course outlines for e-learning, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, and microlearning • Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback and performance metrics, iterating for continuous improvement • Engage leadership and stakeholders on program status, strategic decisions, support, and resources • Ensure deliverables meet standards and are delivered on time • Analyze business-impact metrics to improve learning content and delivery methods • Develop formal networks across Red Hat and with partners to influence priorities and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with proven instructional design methodologies • Working knowledge of technology partners, channel and distribution selling • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent influence, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience managing programs and projects • Experience with learning management systems and/or revenue enablement platforms • Familiarity with Seismic or similar content platforms is a plus
