📋 Description

• Develop, evolve, and lead projects and programs advancing the I&I Access and Reimbursement mission • Establish continuous improvement measured by defined KPIs • Improve infrastructure, engagement frameworks, project management, documentation, training, operating model, analytics, reporting, digital platforms, licensing, resourcing, meeting planning, and budget management • Work with cross-functional partners and leadership to identify themes and lead productivity and efficiency initiatives • Prioritize continuous improvement projects, processes, and resources • Evolve workflows and SOPs within approved guardrails • Improve training and build capability plans for teams and Regional Directors • Enhance I&I Access and Reimbursement digital platforms and capabilities • Deliver insights and execute initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Lead recurring leadership readouts and Control Tower reporting • Lead territory alignments, training needs, quarterly business reviews, compliance updates, and tracking • Evolve the team's role, responsibilities, and remit with key stakeholders • Serve as primary vendor point of contact and support contracting, procurement, and project delivery • Contribute to or lead CEP and DSU reporting and program requirements • Accelerate ways-of-working programs and key initiatives across Patient Solutions Enablement, CEP, and customer-facing teams • Improve ways of working across I&I Access and Reimbursement and Patient Engagement • Help build and drive adoption of the AI strategy • Contribute to operational projects across the broader Patient Solutions function • Report to the Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement Enablement Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience • 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience • Extensive external healthcare market and advanced customer / health system knowledge • Previous experience in Access and Reimbursement, leadership, or operations/enablement • Demonstrated track record of high performance or specialized technical skills gained through cross-functional leadership roles • Experience leading others in a matrix organization and managing without direct authority • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders • Proven executive communication skills and leadership qualities • Effective planning, prioritization, and organizational project skills • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously • Track record of leading and managing complex programs • Strong strategic skills and ability to address major strategic challenges • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Experience working with a compliance-first mindset • Good judgement and high ethics • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available • Nice-to-have: Master's degree with 7+ years, PhD with 5+ years, or MD with 4+ years of experience • Headquarters knowledge and experience preferred
