📋 Description

• Establish the field-based HCP engagement strategy • Provide oversight and direction for the US Oncology Field Medical Prostate and Bladder/RCC Teams • Serve as the primary medical lead engaging and collaborating with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical Development and Operations, and CMAO Platform Functions • Analyze and share field medical insights in a concise and actionable way to inform Pfizer Oncology strategy • Partner with the Therapeutic Area USMA Lead to create aligned strategic plans • Oversee field medical team execution and attainment of US Medical Affairs business objectives • Report directly to the US Field Medical Lead and serve on the US Field Medical and US Medical Affairs Leadership Team • Develop and execute field medical strategy and tactics with the US HQ Medical Team • Develop, implement, and refine external HCP engagement strategy • Analyze and communicate field medical insights for continuous strategic alignment • Collaborate with the US National Commercial Franchise Lead on compliant medical-commercial collaboration • Coordinate with Clinical Development and Operations on strategic priorities and field medical enablement for company-sponsored studies • Develop oncology and therapeutic-area KPIs and dashboards with CMAO Platform functions • Evaluate field medical team performance • Contribute to field medical content development strategy and resource assessment • Ensure field medical team training • Coordinate field medical Congress Strategy and HCP Engagement Plan • Manage T&E and project budgets for Prostate and Bladder/RCC Field Medical Teams • Manage field-based Team Leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs • Field Medical leadership experience • Strategic thinker and strong problem-solving skills with proven track record of leading high functioning field medical teams • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills with high emotional intelligence • Strong collaborator with demonstrated agility to work well in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with people at all levels of the organization • PhD, PharmD, MD or MS • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future • Permanent work authorization in the United States is required
