• Develop, evolve, and lead projects and programs advancing the Rare Disease Access and Reimbursement group’s mission to accelerate fulfillment for appropriate patients. • Establish continuous improvement measured by clearly defined key performance indicators. • Improve infrastructure, engagement frameworks, project management, documentation, training, operating model, analytics and reporting, digital and information platforms, third-party license agreements, resourcing, meeting planning, and budget management. • Work with cross-functional partners and leadership to identify themes and lead initiatives that advance productivity, efficiency, and results. • Identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects, processes, and resources supporting strategy and operating plans. • Evolve workflows and SOPs aligned to current guardrails and approved ways of working. • Improve training, build capability plans, and roll out plans for Rare Disease Access and Reimbursement teams and Regional Directors. • Evolve, maintain, improve, and enhance digital platforms and capabilities. • Deliver insights and execute initiatives that evolve the Access and Reimbursement approach and drive results. • Lead recurring leadership readouts combining quantitative metrics and qualitative insights for Control Tower reporting. • Lead territory alignments, training needs, quarterly business reviews, compliance updates, and tracking. • Evolve the team’s role, responsibilities, and remit with key stakeholders. • Serve as primary vendor point of contact, supporting contracting, procurement, and project delivery. • Contribute to or lead CEP and DSU reporting and overall program requirements. • Accelerate ways-of-working programs and key initiatives across Patient Solutions Enablement, CEP, and customer-facing teams. • Improve ways of working across Rare Disease Access and Reimbursement and Patient Engagement while ensuring compliance alignment. • Implement and drive adoption of the AI strategy across the team. • Contribute to operational projects and initiatives across the broader Patient Solutions function. • Report to the Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement Enablement Team Lead.
• Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience. • 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales with extensive external healthcare market and advanced customer / health system knowledge. • Previous experience in Access and Reimbursement, leadership, or operations/enablement, with a demonstrated track record of high performance or specialized technical skills gained through cross-functional leadership roles. • Experience leading others in a matrix organization with the ability to manage without direct authority. • Ability to influence key stakeholders internally and externally with proven executive communication skills and leadership qualities. • Forward looking and results oriented with effective planning, prioritization, and organizational project skills. • Strong and proven project management skills demonstrating the ability to deliver multiple time horizon focused projects simultaneously in the short-term and long-term. • Track record of leading and managing complex programs to deliver improved outcomes. • Strong strategic skills including effectiveness in identifying and addressing major strategic challenges and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision. • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills to address Leadership and external audiences. • Proven experience in working with a compliance first mindset. • Good judgement and high ethics are a must. • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer. • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future. • This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
