📋 Description

• Lead and coach the Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement Enablement Team • Develop and lead projects and programs advancing the Access and Reimbursement mission to remove patient access barriers • Establish continuous improvement processes measured by defined key performance indicators • Improve operational infrastructure, Ways of Working, engagement frameworks, project management processes, access and reimbursement models, and analytics/reporting platforms • Lead talent planning, career development, performance management, compensation processes, career progression, and diversity initiatives • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify themes and lead productivity, efficiency, and results initiatives • Accelerate connected, patient-centric Ways of Working and streamline hand-offs across teams • Prioritize continuous improvement projects, processes, and resources and support operating plans and project budgets • Build partnerships across functional areas and business units to align Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement reporting and interfaces • Provide insights and execute initiatives internally and externally to evolve Access and Reimbursement approaches and results • Manage business reviews, executive presentation support, priority lists, alerts, and measurement of strategic imperatives • Own and continuously evolve territory mapping and deployment methodology, alignment, capacity, and coverage models • Develop informative presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Lead data, analytics, and reporting capabilities and coach the team to generate data-driven insights • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions from territory-level execution through executive directives • Evolve processes and platforms with cross-functional stakeholders • Support communication strategy and change management for major initiatives and organizational shifts • Develop, build, and deploy the Access and Reimbursement AI strategy • Lead enterprise-wide projects supporting overall Patient Solutions priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience • Extensive external healthcare market and advanced customer/health system knowledge • Previous Field Reimbursement and leadership experience • Specialized technical skills obtained from cross-functional leadership roles • Experience leading in a matrix organization • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers and develop, coach, oversee, and guide colleagues • Proven executive communication and leadership skills • Effective planning, prioritization, and organizational project skills • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multiple short-term and long-term projects simultaneously • Track record leading and managing complex programs to deliver improved outcomes • Strong strategic skills and ability to address major strategic challenges while balancing short-term needs with long-term vision • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Compliance-first mindset • Strong data, analytics, and reporting acumen; ability to translate data into insight and action and lead others in doing so • Experience with territory mapping, alignment, and deployment methodologies • Experience supporting communication strategy and change management for large-scale or evolving initiatives • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Advanced degree preferred
