📋 Description

• Promote Pfizer’s Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Conduct regular live in-field customer engagement and virtual engagements • Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships • Understand and secure formulary access • Engage in product promotion within the assigned geography • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies • Build customer relationships in live and virtual environments using digital tools • Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Leverage approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Analyze market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail and other channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete administrative requirements, including customer call entry, expense submissions and responses to internal requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, or full-time military experience • Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience accepted as alternatives • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify hiring • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing preferred • Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred • Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, communications skills, teamwork, leadership ability and accountability preferred • Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred
