📋 Description

• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships • Understand and secure formulary access • Drive sales and product promotion within the assigned geography • Develop relationships with customers and accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools and virtual platforms • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Use approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Analyze market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail and other channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete administrative activities, including customer call entries, expenses and responses to internal requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity; small business owner or other entrepreneurial experience; marketing, customer service and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles; educator experience; or full time military experience • Alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience • Alternatively, a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing preferred • Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred • Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred
