📋 Description

• Ensure all scholars master the academic and social skills necessary to succeed • Set ambitious goals for student achievement and hold scholars accountable for accomplishing them • Create a powerful learning environment • Plan and deliver rigorous instruction • Assess for mastery • Track scholar progress • Intervene and/or pivot instruction as necessary to support scholar success • Help achieve scholar growth, satisfaction, persistence, attendance, and grade-level growth deliverables • Teach high school science virtually to Indiana families

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for working with students and families in underserved communities • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university • Appropriate endorsements, if applicable • Valid State Teacher License • Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-driven assessment • Experience tracking and using data to drive instruction • Ability to satisfy physical requirements including extended standing/walking, climbing stairs, lifting 10 pounds, bending, and reaching • Valid Indiana teaching license/certification is requested in the application
