📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of specialty accounts, driving high retention and expansion revenue. • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on delivering clinical and financial ROI. • Identify growth opportunities and expand Phamily’s footprint across various practice departments. • Advise clients on workflow optimization and care management strategies to ensure adoption. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and operational leaders. • Proactively identify partnership risks and drive creative solutions to maintain account health. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share client feedback and influence the roadmap. • Use HubSpot and AI tools to manage accounts efficiently and strategically.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar relationship-focused role. • Travel 70% of the time • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at the executive level. • Commercial mindset with a focus on retention, growth, and measurable outcomes. • Strong communicator who can simplify complex data into clear, persuasive narratives. • Comfortable operating and making decisions in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. • Tech-savvy and interested in using AI tools to improve account workflows.
