📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evolve enterprise platform architecture solutions • Partner with IT and business teams to solve complex technical challenges • Lead architecture initiatives aligned with functional strategies • Support AI enablement, automation, integrations, and cloud transformation • Convert ambiguous stakeholder needs into prioritized projects with measurable success criteria • Own requirements intake, discovery, process mapping, impact analysis, and scoping • Finalize solution designs and coordinate end-to-end technical implementation • Plan testing, support UAT, resolve defects, deploy solutions, validate post-deployment results, and reconcile historical data • Own data quality monitoring, cleansing, validation, migration/backloading, and reconciliation • Design and maintain architecture for IT-owned systems and platforms • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions • Define integration approaches across SaaS and cloud platforms • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards • Optimize system performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost • Provide technical mentorship and guidance • Contribute to architectural standards, documentation, and best practices • Support vendor evaluations and technology selection • Govern enterprise platforms, including role-based access controls, license management, and cost optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with enterprise systems, cloud/hybrid environments, and integration design (API, SaaS) • Experience with Salesforce, Certinia, Rippling, and Greenhouse • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Understanding of security, governance, and performance optimization • Balance of hands-on execution and long-term architectural thinking • 8+ years in systems, application, or enterprise architecture, or similar roles • Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions • Solid understanding of infrastructure, system design, and security principles • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and evaluate technical solutions • Familiarity with architecture frameworks or security/compliance standards • Exposure to vendor selection or mentoring team members • Experience with AI, automation, or modernization initiatives is preferred
