β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. β€’ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. β€’ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. β€’ Provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations. β€’ Train and onboard new sales team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. β€’ Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to effectively position the company's products and services. β€’ Stay updated on sales techniques and best practices, continuously improving sales processes and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in business or related field preferred. β€’ 5+ years of previous outside sales experience. β€’ 3+ years of prior industry sales experience. β€’ Demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales to companies with 100 or more employees. β€’ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals as an individual and team member. β€’ Display a positive and up-beat demeanor. β€’ Proven track record of developing sales talent. β€’ High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel. β€’ Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and SaaS CRM programs.
