📋 Description

• Lead and partner with clinical workflow design for Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions throughout the US • Consult with customers, project managers, clinical consultants, and Sales to design and document workflows for complex HPM solutions across customer engagements • Manage adoption and system optimization for long-term customers • Collaborate with the CPS team to develop and deliver advanced customer clinical solutions • Deliver clinical consulting services and participate in developing new services or product functionality • Configure or manage configuration of Philips solutions to support application and operational workflows • Analyze workflows and consult on changes required for new functionality or solutions • Guide customer testing of workarounds, clinical integrations, and new functionality • Coach and educate customers on complex situations involving multiple solutions • Facilitate change management, ensure system testing, and establish comprehensive training plans • Maintain professional competence and/or licensure through seminars and training • Participate in application and education communities and share knowledge and lessons learned • Travel to multiple hospital sites and customer locations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related science with a focus on education such as Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Instructor, etc. and more than 5 years of related clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Current nursing license • Experience with process-mapping tools such as Visio, swim lanes, and PowerPoint • Experience using virtual tools such as Zoom and Teams • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and process improvement • Nursing Informatics and Change Management certifications strongly preferred • Ability to meet customer-specific mandates such as vaccinations and screening tests • Ability to travel by air, train, or bus and operate a company vehicle • Ability to work in a home office and/or remote setting • Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment and flexible hours • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • Comfortable with overnight travel 75% of the time throughout the zone, including all US states • Must be located within a 1-hour drive of a major (non-regional) airport • US work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered
