📋 Description

• Lead execution and delivery of complex customer-facing enterprise Vue PACS projects • Ensure project objectives, deliverables and milestones meet scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements • Drive day-to-day project activities with focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence and business outcomes • Advise customers and stakeholders on technical and operational matters throughout the project lifecycle • Build customer relationships, facilitate strategic discussions, resolve complex issues and manage expectations • Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans • Coordinate cross-functional technical, operational and support resources • Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, manage dependencies and allocate resources • Evaluate and manage project risks, issues and change requests • Develop mitigation strategies and maintain compliance with technical and regulatory requirements • Support presales activities, technical integration, system deployments and customer onboarding • Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders • Conduct post-project reviews, analyze customer feedback and project performance data • Implement best practices to improve future project delivery, customer value and organizational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of specific project or program management experience in healthcare information technology, radiology or cardiology informatics • 2+ years of experience leading projects within the Healthcare space, preferably with the Vue PACS product • Proven track record of delivering successful projects across the full project lifecycle • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams • Experience collaborating with customers and vendors • Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent • Knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and clinical workflows • Ability to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization required • Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future
