📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex customer-facing projects from initiation through closeout • Ensure execution within established scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, task prioritization, scheduling, budget oversight, and milestone tracking • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions • Serve as the primary customer and stakeholder liaison • Manage customer expectations, resolve escalated issues, provide status updates, and align cross-functional teams • Lead, coach, and develop project teams • Oversee talent selection, performance management, career development, employee engagement, and compensation processes • Partner with technical, clinical, and operational teams on integration, installation, and delivery at customer sites • Ensure technical, regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are met • Drive process improvements, capture lessons learned, and implement best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's degree OR minimum 5 years of experience with Master's degree in areas such as Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent • Cloud product experience required • PACS experience required • Experience with regulatory compliance, change management, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, strategic planning, KPI management, budget management, and continuous improvement in project management processes • PMP strongly preferred • Ability to travel nationally up to 25% • Ability to perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization is a precondition of employment • Candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future will not be considered
