📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support and diagnostics to healthcare customers and field partners using advanced remote access technologies • Respond to customer inquiries as a Philips representative with timely and accurate troubleshooting support • Resolve service issues using internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources • Escalate complex product issues to higher-level support • Use remote capabilities to resolve issues efficiently and reduce onsite service dispatches • Serve as a frontline remote technical expert for healthcare customers and field teams • Perform field-role responsibilities outside company facilities, generally at customer or supplier locations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of remote software system experience • Solid background in structured query language (SQL) • Experience with Windows server environments • Computer networking skills • Technical solutions authoring skills • Ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues • Associate degree or higher; technical discipline preferred • Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the Field Service position, with or without accommodation • US work authorization required • Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future • Must reside in the United States • Versatility and willingness to work with a variety of Philips products
