📋 Description

• Lead and partner with clinical workflow design of Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions for US customers • Consult and partner with customers, project managers, clinical delivery and implementation consultants, and Sales to design and document workflows • Manage adoption and system optimization for long-term customer engagements • Collaborate with the CPS team to develop and deliver advanced customer clinical solutions • Deliver clinical consulting services and participate in developing new services or product functionality • Configure or manage configuration of Philips solutions for application and operational workflows • Analyze workflows and advise on changes required for new functionality or solutions • Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality • Coach and educate customers on complex situations involving multiple solutions • Facilitate change management, system testing, and comprehensive training plans • Maintain professional competence and/or licensure through seminars and training; participate in application and education communities and share lessons learned • Travel overnight to hospital sites throughout all US states, generally 75% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related science with a focus on education such as Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Instructor, etc. and more than 5 years of related clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Current nursing license • Experience with tools for mapping work processes (Visio, swim lanes, PPT) • Experience using virtual tools (Zoom, TEAMS, etc.) • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and process improvement • Nursing Informatics, Change Management certifications strongly preferred • Must meet all customer-specific mandates such as vaccinations and/or screening tests • Ability to travel by air/train/bus and operate a company vehicle • Ability to work in a home office and/or remote setting • Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment and flexible hours • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • Comfortable with overnight travel 75% of the time throughout the zone • Must be located within a 1-hour drive to a major (non-regional) airport • US work authorization required; employer will not consider candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa
