📋 Description

• Partner with customers to understand goals, priorities, and current state processes and define advisory engagement scope and approach • Facilitate working sessions on planning processes, performance management practices, and key decisions • Translate financial and operational data into insights and actionable recommendations • Design and refine budgeting, forecasting, and performance review processes • Develop and deliver roadmaps, presentations, and stakeholder documentation • Advise on StrataJazz PPM data structure, workflow design, and integration considerations • Support information gathering, process documentation, and deliverable coordination • Guide change management, communication, training support, and adoption best practices • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and engagement activities • Collaborate with product, delivery, and account teams to align recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare finance, FP&A, performance management, or healthcare consulting • Strong ability to translate financial or operational data into meaningful insights and recommendations • Strong background in Microsoft Excel • Experience supporting financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or performance management • Ability to lead discussions, facilitate alignment, and communicate clearly across a range of stakeholders • Experience with process improvement, change management, or system adoption initiatives • Understanding of financial concepts such as financial statements, cost accounting, and service line reporting • Strong organization and project coordination skills • Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed (up to ~35%) • Experience working within a health system FP&A or financial planning team • Experience in healthcare consulting or advisory services • Familiarity with Strata's planning or performance management platforms • Experience presenting insights using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Experience using SQL or other relational database systems
