📋 Description

• Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products • Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery • Serve as a clinical resource to customers throughout multiphase implementation and go-live processes • Collaborate with field service, sales, project management, internal partners, and customers • Understand customer goals and develop clinical solutions implementation and usage plans • Deliver consultative clinical services focused on workflows and optimization • Assess workflows and education needs; create education plans • Determine custom configuration requirements • Plan and deliver equipment and application education • Support first customer use, encourage adoption of change, and optimize complex monitoring solutions • Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot technical implementation problems, including networks and clinical informatics systems • Travel approximately 90% across the district, with daily driving and occasional overnight, air, train, bus, and national travel

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU settings • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse • Current/active Registered Nurse license with verification required • Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience highly preferred • Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred • Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) preferred • Passion for technology and patient-care education • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in office/home-office, remote, and hospital/healthcare environments • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • May be required to comply with vendor credentialing • US work authorization required; no current or future visa sponsorship • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Northern California
