📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships through technical knowledge and effective installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites • Provide customer service by meeting customer entitlements, setting expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, and resolving customer needs • Understand customers' businesses and competitive environments and generate service revenue • Participate in the regional work team, improve team processes, and identify training gaps • Increase capability and capacity, including qualification in multiple modalities and learning new tools • Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, installation documents, and site/service documentation • Adhere to Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and established training, quality, and safety requirements • Use tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems • Complete preventative maintenance, Field Change Orders, installations, and related tasks • Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems • Travel approximately 70% across the specified geography, with average daily driving of 1–4 hours and occasional overnight, air, or train travel

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment, or 4+ years of experience in other electromechanical industries • Experience with Image Guided Therapy (IGT) equipment highly preferred • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment • Knowledge and use of necessary tools and test equipment • Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and listed experience • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment • Ability to work flexible hours, including 2nd or 3rd shifts, weekends, on-call, and mandatory extra hours as needed • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • US work authorization required; sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Charlotte, NC
