📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites • Deliver exceptional customer service by setting expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, and resolving issues efficiently • Build customer relationships and contribute to service revenue growth • Collaborate with the regional team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and share best practices • Learn new tools and become qualified across multiple modalities as needed • Complete administrative and compliance tasks, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, PMs, FCOs, and installation documentation • Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues • Perform preventative maintenance, field changes, installations, and corrective service within required timeframes • Travel extensively, approximately 90%, to customer sites in the assigned territory and nationwide as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience (field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in an electromechanical service environment • Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment is preferred • Strong technical aptitude applying electronic, mechanical, and networking principles • Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems • Comfortable using diagnostic tools and test equipment • Associate degree in electronics or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience • Practical problem-solving skills in regulated service environments • Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to work in hospitals, healthcare facilities, home offices, and remote settings • Expected travel of 90% • Must reside in a city within the Metro NYC / Tri-State Area territory that holds the majority of the customer base • Must live within a one-hour drive of a major non-regional airport • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future work-visa sponsorship will not be considered • Ability to travel nationally, including overnight stays and air travel • No company relocation benefits provided
