📋 Description

• Drive customer uptime through installation, integration, and maintenance of Hybrid manufacturing systems, CNC machine tools, and additive technologies • Perform advanced electromechanical troubleshooting across laser, controls, welding, and automation subsystems • Provide proactive remote and on-site customer support • Deliver right-first-time outcomes and validate system performance • Develop standardized integration protocols • Communicate clearly with customers, transfer technical knowledge, and improve operational efficiency • Collaborate with internal partners, applications teams, and suppliers to resolve complex engineering challenges • Mentor emerging technicians • Maintain meticulous technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting • Strong ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in CNC and manufacturing equipment • Hands-on experience with Haas CNC controls, tooling, probing, automation, and peripheral equipment (robots, bar feeders, pallets) • Proven ability to explain technical issues clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with customers under high-pressure situations • Email, Calendar & Communication Platforms • Service Management & CRM Systems • Technical & Diagnostic Software • Strong self-direction • Commitment to safety
