📋 Description

• Start up and calibrate MR system installations according to factory instructions and specifications • Provide expert-level installation support to the field service organization • Communicate and escalate technical issues and delays • Keep installation projects on schedule while assuring quality • Evaluate room layout and installation quality of mechanical installation vendors • Troubleshoot and correct vendor and factory errors and mistakes • Order missing or damaged parts • Provide feedback to vendors, factory, project management, and planning • Travel with customer-facing stakeholders to customer/business partner sites, conferences, or meetings, or visit Siemens Healthineers locations on-site • Build a pipeline for consideration for future openings; applying does not guarantee immediate placement

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the United States within one hour from a major airport • Visa sponsorship is not provided • 3+ years experience • Experience with MR installation and service preferred • Ability to travel overnight 100% of the time • May require weekend work • Live near a major airport • Superb customer and communication skills • Organized, self-sufficient, and capable of working with little or no supervision • Thorough/advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area • Background check required • Drug screen required • Valid driver's license required in the state of residence • No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by state/local law • Able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
