• Take total ownership of a premier territory and win automation, machine-tending, and robotic welding opportunities at industry-leading margins • Build strong customer relationships and apply competitive strategies • Design and execute robotic machine-tending and OPTO automation projects • Build alliances with Haas Automation, vendors, educators, and the Phillips 360 team • Deliver customer experiences achieving CNPS 80+ • Drive operational and sales excellence through CRM mastery, forecasting, and disciplined execution • Consistently exceed Million Dollar Club performance benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of high-impact B2B sales success in manufacturing, robotics, automation, or machine tools • Haas experience/familiarity is a major plus • Deep technical aptitude or engineering mindset regarding robotic machine-tending, welding, and advanced manufacturing systems • Obsession with customer satisfaction, relationship-building, and maintaining Net Promoter excellence (CNPS 80+) • Exceptional organizational discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM proficiency • Competitive hunter’s mentality combined with the strategic vision of a trusted advisor • Ability to travel by car as needed to meet with customers
