📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise data architecture for an integrated care platform. • Architect scalable enterprise data platforms for clinical, operational, reporting, and analytics needs. • Leverage AI technologies to improve system design, development, and operational efficiency. • Design and maintain enterprise data models and integration solutions across Microsoft Dynamics, EHR/EMR, claims, and third party systems. • Develop and oversee ETL/ELT processes for reliable data ingestion, transformation, validation, and distribution. • Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management standards. • Collaborate with Engineering to build modern cloud based data solutions using Azure, including data lake and data warehouse architectures. • Ensure data solutions comply with HIPAA, HITRUST, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and architectures with Python, Azure platforms, and SQL. • Must have healthcare data management experience. • Extensive Azure Data Platform tech experience, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Power Platform, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Databricks. • Strong experience designing data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and enterprise reporting platforms. • Proven experience creating and utilizing HTTP web service APIs, webhooks, and GraphQL. • Deep understanding of data modeling methodologies, including dimensional modeling, normalized designs, and modern analytical data structures. • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. • Experience with healthcare data standards and operational healthcare datasets is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, metadata management, and master data management principles. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
