📋 Description

• Shoot professional video at keynotes, panels, activations, and surrounding event activities • Serve as event photographer, capturing polished shots and candid moments • Create vertical video on the fly for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts • Film, edit, post, and share content with attendees quickly • Handle real-time content edits and requests from marketing and sales • Film and edit podcasts and other live marketing content as needed • Support marketing and sales with video and photo content across campaigns • Build a company-wide content library • Improve the team’s ability to generate captivating content quickly using AI • Talk with prospects and customers at events, represent Phoenix, and build relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated skill in event videography and photography • First-adopter of emerging best practices using AI for your profession • Strong vertical video instincts; knowledge of what performs on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts • Fast, capable video and photo editing skills • Podcast and live-content filming/editing experience is a strong plus • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally • A portfolio or reel that shows your range • Comfortable and confident talking to strangers, customers, and executives • Early-career, hungry, high-energy, resourceful, ambitious, socially fluent, and AI-obsessed
