📋 Description

• Handle and resolve incoming customer inquiries and concerns escalated to the representative • Provide patients and guarantors from hospitals and physician's offices with a consistent and seamless experience • Act as a leader to other team members • Follow up on and collect outstanding hospital and professional guarantor balances through outbound phone contact • Provide financial counseling resources to physician's offices, hospitals, and patients/guarantors when necessary • Report to the Director of Customer Service

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required • 2 years relevant healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, preferably within a Customer Service or Patient Accounts setting Required • Previous experience working with Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing and Epic Single Billing Office (SBO) functionality Required • Previous experience with or understanding of working in a Cisco Unified Contact Center environment Required • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university Preferred • CPAR and/or CHAA Certification Preferred
