📋 Description

• Track recruiting metrics and reporting, including time to fill and turnover • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for the organization • Drive diversity hiring initiatives through sourcing channel diversification and structured interview practices • Partner with HR Business Partners on workforce planning • Analyze recruiting processes to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure efficiency, compliance, and data integrity • Build strategic talent pipelines through university relationships, internship opportunities, workforce grant opportunities, recruiting events, and career fairs • Enhance and manage a structured onboarding program • Train and coach hiring managers on interview techniques and selection practices • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws throughout recruiting and hiring • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies and represent NSG at career fairs, industry, and networking events • Lead, coach, and develop talent acquisition team members • Manage 2 direct reports and support a team responsible for over 1,000 job openings annually • Provide talent acquisition support to Mexico • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of seven (7) years previous talent acquisition experience • Experience supporting multi-site recruiting operations • Experience working with applicant tracking software • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices, sourcing strategies and employer branding • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of employee laws and regulations • Ability to travel to the Toledo area to partner with key stakeholders and team • SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification desired • Experience utilizing UKG for applicant tracking desired • Located within the Eastern Time Zone desired
