📋 Description

• Provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD) • Support cradle-to-grave activities for U.S. Navy EW, Decoy, and SEWIP systems • Coordinate, develop, integrate, maintain, and manage program and project schedules • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze scheduling data • Monitor milestones, key events, deliverables, and significant accomplishment criteria • Perform schedule updates, status assessments, and schedule performance analysis • Conduct critical path, slack/float, and predecessor/successor dependency analyses • Develop and analyze recovery plans and “what-if” schedule scenarios • Perform Schedule Risk Assessments and identify schedule risks, conflicts, dependencies, delays, and emerging issues • Integrate activities across projects, workstreams, and functional areas • Prepare schedule reports, metrics, forecasts, and performance information • Communicate schedule status, critical activities, dependencies, and potential impacts to project teams, program leadership, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance required • Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of 3 years of experience • Experience supporting U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare, Decoy, and Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) systems • Knowledge of engineering, technology transition, installation, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair • Ability to integrate logistics, data science, reliability and maintainability engineering, and operations research • Ability to analyze and model complex systems • Ability to perform schedule management, critical path, slack/float, and dependency analyses • Ability to perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
