📋 Description

• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID • Manage and enhance MFA, Conditional Access Policies, Identity Protection, DLP, Microsoft Purview, RBAC, and Microsoft Defender security tools • Develop PowerShell automation scripts and streamline administrative processes • Improve provisioning, lifecycle management, operational efficiency, and standardization • Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and capacity planning • Participate in network and infrastructure projects • Support complex technical escalations • Lead feature rollouts and technology updates • Develop documentation, governance standards, and technical procedures • Participate in on-call support rotations and scheduled maintenance activities when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience • Minimum of 3 years managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments • Experience supporting enterprise cloud collaboration and identity platforms • Expertise with Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, identity management, and Microsoft best practices
