📋 Description

• Deliver sustainable and profitable sales and market-share growth in the assigned territory • Lead implementation of product placement, programs, and services within assigned stores • Support locally owned stores and retail partners • Focus on customer satisfaction through teamwork, empowerment, problem-solving, and responsive customer service • Serve as customers' go-to expert using technical knowledge, business acumen, and a thoughtful customer approach • Develop and cultivate relationships with new business and existing accounts • Increase profitability and sales growth for Benjamin Moore and its partners • Drive, orchestrate, and close opportunities with key partners • Use solution-based selling skills and provided selling tools to meet customer needs • Seek and qualify new business according to company account-stratification goals • Research customer business needs and develop product and service mixes to meet demand • Cover the Caribbean region, including key retail partners in the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos, and Aruba

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years field sales experience • College degree preferred • Excellent communication, listening, and public speaking skills • Ability to negotiate and effectively persuade others • Relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Self-discipline, organization, and time-management skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Accountability and self-motivation • Ability to work autonomously • Teamwork and persistence when dealing with customers and company departments • Ability to drive outcomes and meet expectations • Ability to analyze situations and identify opportunities • Decision-making and problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • CRM experience a plus • Valid driver's license and good driving record • Willingness and ability to travel within the region and work evenings/weekends when necessary • Ability to travel daily within the territory, including up to 25% overnight trips • Residence within the outlined territory preferred/required; ideal candidate will reside in Miami, Florida • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
