📋 Description

• Deliver sustainable and profitable sales and market share growth in the assigned territory • Lead implementation of product placement, programs, and services within assigned stores • Focus on customer satisfaction through teamwork, empowerment, problem-solving, honesty, integrity, and responsive customer service • Serve as customers' go-to expert through technical knowledge, business acumen, and a thoughtful customer approach • Develop and cultivate relationships for new business and existing accounts • Increase profitability and sales growth for Benjamin Moore and its partners • Drive, orchestrate, and close opportunities with key partners • Use solution-based selling skills and provided selling tools to meet customer needs • Seek and qualify new business according to company account stratification goals • Research customer business needs and develop product and service mixes to meet demand

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication, listening and public speaking skills • Ability to listen, negotiate and effectively persuade others • Relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Self-discipline, organization and effective time management • Ability to meet deadlines • Accountability and ability to work autonomously • Teamwork ability and persistence when dealing with customers and company departments • Ability to drive outcomes and meet expectations • Exceptional interpersonal skills; confident, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor • Ability to analyze situations and identify opportunities • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • CRM experience a plus • 1+ years field sales experience • College degree preferred • Valid driver's license and a good driving record • Willingness and ability to travel within the region and work evenings/weekends when necessary • Ability to travel daily within the territory and do up to 25% overnight trips • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus • Ideal candidate will reside in Louisville, KY or Cincinnati, OH / within the outlined territory
