📋 Description

• Manage infrastructure capacity and efficiency programs at Pinterest • Track program deliverables, follow up on action items, and maintain schedules • Present program status and asks to engineering partners • Collaborate with engineers and senior technical program managers • Improve infrastructure utilization, right-sizing, and waste reduction • Use GenAI to accelerate planning, program operations, stakeholder communications, and decision-making • Design durable, low-toil workflows, dashboards, scripts, and data-driven mechanisms • Apply AI governance practices, including risk assessment, data handling, output validation, and auditability • Help shape the future of Pinterest's infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of program or project management experience (or equivalent), ideally touching infrastructure, platform, or cloud environments • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or similar), including compute, storage, and basic usage/cost concepts • Interest in and some exposure to capacity management and infrastructure efficiency • Strong organizational and execution skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to collaborate with engineers and senior TPMs and take feedback • AI-first execution mindset, including use of GenAI for planning, program operations, and stakeholder communications • Experience designing durable, low-toil workflows and using GenAI, prompting, lightweight scripts/tools, dashboards, data analysis, and agents • Experience with AI governance, including risk assessment, data handling, model/output validation, auditability/traceability, and identifying inappropriate AI use • Preferred: exposure to FinOps, cost management, or capacity-focused functions • Preferred: familiarity with SuperSet, Tableau, Grafana, or similar BI tools • Preferred: basic SQL or scripting skills • Preferred: exposure to distributed systems, ML/AI infrastructure, or large-scale compute environments • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
