📋 Description

• Evaluate, implement, test, and manage technology solutions • Develop and execute interoperability analyses • Conduct functional and round-trip testing with connected interfaces • Understand project architecture, test environment, and test data needs • Conduct positive, negative, validation, exploratory, and regression testing • Verify and validate data integrity, including database persistence and data transfer between systems • Identify and disposition defects according to standards and processes • Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures • Evaluate requirements and test results to determine operational feasibility • Develop documentation and review test plans • Develop test cases and enter test findings when appropriate • Review solution documentation and system design specifications • Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes in policies and procedures • Collaborate and actively participate in meetings with stakeholders, engineers, and Subject Matter Experts • Support interoperability among VA healthcare systems, Oracle Millennium, VistA legacy, and COTS/GOTS integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Clinician experience as Physician, Physician Assistant, Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, or similar role • Experience with Oracle Millennium EHR • Understanding of web-based applications • Good understanding of functional testing • Ability to utilize organizationally established architecture tools, repositories, and repository management processes to capture, publish, and maintain artifacts • Good interpersonal skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to convey technical information appropriately for the audience • Experience producing effective client deliverable analysis reports with little to no supervision • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and handle changing priorities • Detail-oriented and able to work independently • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and obtain a Government-granted Security clearance • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience with communication tools (Teams, SharePoint) • Testing experience preferred • VA or DoD healthcare or architecture/engineering experience a plus • Veterans Affairs environment and VistA experience preferred • Experience in Large Application Deployment and DevOps implementations • Experience with Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) • Knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies • Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) testing experience
