📋 Description

• Manage marketing execution for two key B2B products: a self-service platform and an enterprise product • Review and refine marketing project plans, campaign scopes, and launch roadmaps drafted by software and AI tools • Keep marketing assets and campaign timelines on target and synchronized across content, outbound, and paid ads • Coordinate the founder, Portfolio Content Marketer, internal teams, and external agency specialists • Plan and track launches for new products, features, and major outbound campaigns • Track resources and campaign budgets across the portfolio and flag constraints to the VP of Operations • Monitor campaign progress and manage the day-to-day workflow of agencies and cold email operators • Maintain feedback loops using project performance data and target account lists • Deliver concise status updates to leadership • Ensure assets align with brand core, taglines, and messaging guidelines • Audit active campaigns and agency deliverables and provide a refined 45-day execution roadmap • Establish a predictable, high-velocity campaign rhythm and synchronized web, social, and outbound timelines • Scale operational tracking to launch campaigns for the second product while maintaining on-time execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of marketing project management experience • Hands-on execution in digital marketing, B2B SaaS, or growth campaigns • Strong operational judgment to assess campaign roadmaps and agency timelines • Comfort working with AI tools and human-in-the-loop workflows • Ability to manage multiple moving parts at high velocity without sacrificing quality or detail • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including account-based marketing (ABM), cold email, LinkedIn outreach, paid ads, and content workflows • Hands-on experience with modern project management tools such as Notion, Linear, or Asana, or exceptional ability to master new tooling quickly • Clear, plain writing and communication skills • Experience at an early-stage company or fast-growing software portfolio (nice to have) • Familiarity with account-based marketing frameworks and tools such as Clay (nice to have) • Experience coordinating external agencies and independent marketing contractors (nice to have)
