📋 Description

• Provide support to the Medical Services Team to increase quality, safety, equity, and consistency of affiliate clinical care • Contribute to production processes, integration, implementation, and training programs related to PPFA Medical Standards & Guidelines • Learn about and contribute to clinical support and administrative activities supporting frontline Planned Parenthood affiliate staff • Collaborate with Medical Services Team staff and the broader Care and Access Division • Participate in planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating learning opportunities and virtual/live activities • Assist with planning, execution, and evaluation of the PPFA National Medical Committee in-person meeting • Review, edit, and create trainings and resources, including patient education materials and clinical-guideline FAQs • Assist with the PPFA Clinical Advisory Committee, including quarterly meetings and membership processes • Participate in continuing education application processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate nursing program through at least August 2027, or an accredited graduate clinician program through at least August 2027 • At least two years of employment experience • Comfort with technology and learning new technologies • Excellent computer skills, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Asana, Smartsheet, and webinar platforms • Knowledge of communicating with diverse groups and working with a multicultural workforce • Sensitivity to and appreciation of cultural differences • Ability to work with remote supervision • Good oral and written communication skills • Ability to perform literature searches • Detail-oriented • Flexible • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Comfortable working with telecommuters • Recognize the value of diversity and maintain relationships that respect individual dignity
