📋 Description

• Define new features or fixes based on overall objectives and challenges • Deliver defined features or fixes end-to-end • Define implementation strategies • Leverage other team members’ expertise • Write design documents for complex problems • Write clean and performant code • Help team members deliver their goals • Build a robust and scalable backend hosting the reasoning engine • Work at a chosen level close to the reasoning engine or infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering experience in a collaborative commercial environment • Experience working on large codebases • Experience with CI/CD, testing, and code reviews • Experience with functional or typed languages such as Rust, OCaml, Clojure, C++, or Haskell • Willingness to learn and work with Julia, TypeScript, and Rust • Experience developing scalable services, including databases, networking, and computing across architectures • Experience implementing observability across the stack • Experience with CI/CD pipelines involving trade-offs between correctness and development experience • Useful: hosting machine learning models or other computationally heavy services • Useful: infrastructure development with Terraform and Kubernetes • Ability to work within the CET timezone • Ability to align work within ±2 hours of 09:00–18:00 CET core hours
