📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage technology learning products across AI, Data, Cloud, and Security • Own the performance and evolution of Cloud and Security solutions across strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market • Define Pluralsight’s expert point of view as the foundation of the offerings • Design solution products, including audience, problems addressed, business outcomes, structure, and milestones • Provide program design to the Curriculum team for course-level learning objectives • Identify frameworks, messaging, courses, hands-on labs, and program management needed for customer outcomes • Maintain and communicate a 12–18 month solutions roadmap tied to AI market shifts • Test and iterate solution design using experiments and data • Own solution-level benchmarks including pipeline, win rate, adoption, cohort completion, and outcome metrics • Lead quarterly business reviews for the solutions • Partner with Sales on opportunity strategy, customer logos, and driven plays; support strategic deals • Monitor technical expertise changes and translate emerging enterprise skill needs into portfolio updates • Identify and work with SMEs to translate complex technical knowledge into accessible learning experiences • Represent the solutions area with executives, customers, SMEs, and industry audiences • Align content, product, engineering, professional services, and go-to-market teams • Use data, customer feedback, and learner insights to measure performance, identify content gaps, and drive improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience defining and launching packaged solutions, not just content, in a SaaS or services context • Experience in curriculum design and modern learning methodologies • Strong understanding of structuring learning experiences for measurable outcomes for professional and technical audiences • Experience working closely with enterprise sales to shape and close multi-stakeholder deals • Deep understanding of the commercial landscape and connecting content strategy and learning design to revenue growth, customer retention, and enterprise buyer needs • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-moving environment • Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, technical, consulting, and commercial teams • Data-informed decision-making using learner outcomes and engagement metrics • Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning programs integrating on-demand learning, virtual instructor-led training, and structured program management • Deep understanding of AI technologies and organizational adoption and operationalization • 10+ years of relevant background in curriculum development, instructional building, technical content development, or a related field • Experience supporting enterprise customers and aligning learning solutions with business priorities • Proven ability to synthesize market insights into actionable strategy and solution direction
