📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting customer and business objectives • Implement features and enhancements with limited supervision • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and technical issues • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts • Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities • Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of modern development practices • Support government customers by delivering useful and impactful digital products

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience • Two or more years of software development experience • Experience in Java/J2EE/Spring or Ruby on Rails or similar object-oriented backend language/framework • Front-end experience using React JS, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS • Experience with REST API/service integration • Experience with PostgreSQL • Understanding of software engineering principles and development practices • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Preferred: experience with cloud-native technologies and modern development frameworks • Preferred: experience in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment • Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices • Preferred: experience supporting federal government programs • Preferred: relevant technical certifications
