📋 Description

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers • Own and develop your territory like a business • Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities • Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships • Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory • Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners • Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth • Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sleep industry sellers who want to leverage their experience, relationships, and market knowledge to build enterprise-level sleep partnerships with uncapped income potential and no quota caps limiting earnings. • Existing sleep medicine relationships • Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups • A history of building business, not simply maintaining accounts • Strong field presence and executive communication skills • High urgency and competitive drive • The ability to operate independently while building strategic partnerships
