📋 Description

• Formulate, lead, and achieve impact from strategy approaches supporting future organizational direction and strategies • Develop and implement strategies to deliver breakthrough business models and innovation within core offerings • Partner with regions and central functions to drive business growth, planning, and alignment • Deliver competitive and market intelligence insights • Focus on business planning, regional support, and competitive and market intelligence programs • Support and/or lead corporate development activities, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related in finance, accounting, or other highly quantitative discipline or field(s) related to responsibilities • MBA or equivalent experience desired • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a strategic role (corporate strategy, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking) • Demonstrated experience identifying and understanding key market information to support strategy design, business planning, and decision-making • Experience with international business development and working with global teams • Deep experience developing and designing implementation plans to drive execution • Experience dealing with sensitive, confidential materials and maintaining confidentiality • International experience with sensitivity to cultural differences highly desirable • Ability to identify and define business questions and issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks • Expertise in strategic analysis, market research, and financial modeling • Demonstrated strategy development and corresponding business results • Strong leadership, business judgment, relationship-building, verbal and written communication, facilitation, public speaking, organization, planning, and management skills • Ability to create and apply performance metrics • Ability to plan over a five-year horizon • Ability and willingness to become thoroughly familiar with project management, the profession, and PMI • Willingness to travel up to 50%
