📋 Description

• Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of the global data protection compliance strategy and governance processes • Draft and maintain privacy policies, procedures, notices, and training materials • Monitor developments in global privacy laws and regulations and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders • Independently manage routine data subject rights requests and related inquiries, including coordination, response drafting, and resolution • Review routine data processing agreements, privacy addenda, and privacy-related contractual clauses using approved standards and playbooks • Coordinate with business stakeholders to support privacy reviews for projects, systems, vendors, and initiatives • Assist with privacy impact assessments, data mapping, and compliance documentation efforts • Support privacy audits, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting activities • Conduct legal and factual research involving domestic and international privacy regulations • Draft correspondence, summaries, reports, and other privacy-related documentation • Maintain legal records, compliance documentation, and investigation materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred • 2–5 years of privacy, compliance, legal operations, or paralegal experience • Working knowledge of GDPR and other major privacy frameworks • Ability to review and identify issues in routine privacy agreements • Strong analytical and issue-spotting skills • Ability to work independently on recurring matters • Experience coordinating with cross-functional business stakeholders • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
